With over two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, I am passionate about empowering clients, real estate professionals and industry partners through education. As a Certified Mortgage Advisor (CMA™), Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP®) and a Divorce Mortgage Expert (RCS-D™), I have built my career on the cornerstone of education, both in client interactions and the broader community.
I serve as a Continuing Education Instructor, delivering relevant and market-focused content to keep real estate professionals ahead of industry changes. My experience spans across various facets of mortgage lending, from sales and operations to underwriting and decision-making analytics. I have originated or processed thousands of purchase and refinance transactions, giving me a deep understanding of the complexities of the mortgage process.
At the core of my work is a commitment to being a reliable and trusted resource in the community. Whether it's guiding first-time homebuyers or educating seasoned real estate agents on complex topics like condo lending and homeowners associations, my goal is to ensure that every client and partner I work with is informed and confident in their decisions.
As a Producing Branch Manager at Venture Home Loans, I lead a team of experts dedicated to providing strategic advice and exceptional service. I am also committed to the growth and development of fellow loan originators, offering mentorship and training to help them build successful careers in the mortgage industry.

Today, I serve as a Producing Branch Manager at Venture Home Loans, leading a team that prioritizes strategy and service over sales. I’m deeply committed to mentorship, and I take pride in helping new loan officers develop the confidence and competence to thrive in this fast-paced industry.
